AI ETHICS & RESPONSIBLE DEPLOYMENT POLICY
CEI Media Group and TellJackson.com
Divisions of Complete Entertainment Inc.
Effective Date: June 21, 2026
1. Purpose
Complete Entertainment Inc., through its operating divisions CEI Media Group and TellJackson.com (collectively, "CEI," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), commits to the responsible use, deployment, monitoring, and oversight of artificial intelligence systems. This policy explains how CEI uses AI to support marketing, communications, destination discovery, phone and web agents, automation workflows, analytics, content development, client service, and public-facing digital experiences.
This policy is intended to support ethical, lawful, transparent, and accountable AI use. It is not a substitute for the Company's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, client agreements, advertiser agreements, partner agreements, or applicable laws and regulations.
2. Scope
This policy applies to CEI's use of AI-enabled systems, including digital employees, marketing avatars, phone agents, web agents, SMS/text-enabled workflows, data processors, automation tools, analytics systems, and AI-assisted content development.
This policy applies to CEI personnel, contractors, clients, users, callers, website visitors, advertisers, partners, purchasers, and other parties who interact with CEI AI systems or rely on AI-supported services.
3. Relationship to Terms and Conditions
This policy works together with the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The Terms and Conditions may include more detailed provisions regarding warranties, liability limitations, indemnification, third-party services, SMS/text messaging, advertiser participation, partner participation, purchases, referrals, dispute resolution, and other legal terms.
If this policy conflicts with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or a written agreement signed by CEI, the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or signed agreement will control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Transparency and AI Disclosure
CEI will make reasonable efforts to inform users when they are interacting with AI systems, AI-assisted agents, automated workflows, or AI-supported content experiences. This includes interactions through websites, chat interfaces, phone systems, SMS/text workflows, digital agents, and other communication channels where disclosure is appropriate.
AI systems may generate responses, recommendations, summaries, routing assistance, itinerary guidance, marketing content, business information, or other outputs. AI outputs may vary and may not always be complete, current, accurate, or appropriate for every circumstance.
5. Human Oversight, Assistance, and Escalation
CEI uses human oversight where appropriate. AI-generated outputs may be reviewed by qualified personnel, client representatives, or designated reviewers depending on the nature of the service and the applicable workflow.
Users have the ability to connect with or request assistance from a human through the available workflow when a matter requires human review, follow-up, clarification, complaint handling, sales support, advertiser support, partner support, or escalation beyond an AI-only response.
Human escalation is especially important for complaints, suspected errors, legal-sensitive issues, emergency-adjacent questions, advertiser disputes, partner concerns, client approvals, public-facing claims, and any situation where an AI response may be insufficient or inappropriate.
6. Fairness and Non-Discrimination
CEI will not intentionally design, deploy, or use AI systems to discriminate unlawfully on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics under applicable law.
CEI recognizes that AI systems may reflect limitations, gaps, or bias in source materials, user inputs, model behavior, or system configuration. CEI will make reasonable efforts to monitor, correct, and improve AI-supported workflows when fairness concerns are identified.
7. Data Minimization, Privacy, and Confidentiality
CEI will seek to collect, process, and retain only the information reasonably necessary to provide services, operate workflows, respond to inquiries, support users, route requests, communicate with clients or customers, measure performance, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Company's rights and systems.
Users, clients, advertisers, and partners should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, payment information, health information, biometric identifiers, or other highly sensitive information unless the workflow specifically requests that information and the user is authorized to provide it.
CEI will handle personal information and confidential information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, applicable agreements, and applicable law. CEI does not intentionally use user or client confidential information to train public AI models unless permitted by written agreement, law, or clear notice provided to the affected party.
8. Platform Providers, Security, and Storage
CEI relies on third-party platform, hosting, cloud, telecommunications, messaging, CRM, automation, analytics, AI model, and related service providers to operate its AI-enabled services. CEI does not represent that it owns or operates all underlying servers, data centers, telecommunications infrastructure, AI model infrastructure, storage systems, or security infrastructure used to deliver these services.
CEI is responsible for reasonable configuration, workflow design, access control decisions, user guidance, client implementation, and internal governance within the systems it uses. Third-party providers may be responsible for hosting, storage, data processing, transmission, uptime, backups, system security, and infrastructure controls according to their own terms, privacy policies, service commitments, and applicable law.
CEI will make reasonable efforts to use reputable providers and apply practical safeguards appropriate to the type of information being processed, while recognizing that no technology platform, AI system, network, or communication channel can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Compliance
CEI intends to deploy AI systems in compliance with applicable federal, state, and international laws and regulations, including, where applicable, TCPA, BIPA, privacy laws, consumer protection laws, advertising laws, intellectual property laws, and communication consent requirements.
SMS/text messaging, phone communications, call recording, opt-in/opt-out requirements, advertising communications, and related communication rules are addressed in the applicable Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, consent language, service workflows, or client agreements as appropriate. The applicable Terms and Conditions include the specific SMS program description, message frequency, message and data rate notice, STOP opt-out instructions, HELP instructions, carrier liability language, age restriction, and privacy policy reference, and those SMS/Text Messaging Terms are incorporated by reference into this policy for SMS/text-enabled workflows.
CEI does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers or biometric information through AI systems unless a specific workflow requires it and legally required notices, consents, agreements, and safeguards are in place.
10. Accuracy, Limitations, and No Guaranteed Outcomes
AI systems are probabilistic and algorithmic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, repetitive, biased, misunderstood, or unsuitable for a specific use. Users and clients should independently verify important information before relying on it.
CEI does not guarantee business performance, advertising results, visitor traffic, conversion rates, revenue outcomes, travel outcomes, event attendance, public response, or any other specific result from AI-supported services.
AI systems do not replace professional advice. CEI AI systems do not provide legal, medical, financial, mental health, emergency, insurance, tax, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and supported by qualified human professionals.
11. TellJackson.com Responsible Use
TellJackson.com is a hyper-local destination concierge and neighborhood discovery engine designed to support tourism, improve trip planning, promote local businesses and events, and help visitors discover neighborhoods, destinations, transportation options, and local experiences.
TellJackson.com is not an emergency service, public safety agency, transportation authority, travel agency, ticketing authority, insurance provider, legal advisor, or operator of third-party destinations, events, businesses, platforms, or websites.
TellJackson.com may refer users to third-party websites, destinations, businesses, advertisers, partners, ticketing platforms, transportation providers, event organizers, hospitality providers, and other services. These referrals do not mean CEI controls, manages, guarantees, or accepts responsibility for third-party information, transactions, cancellations, service quality, prices, availability, policies, safety conditions, or outcomes.
In an active emergency, users should call 9-1-1 or the appropriate local emergency number. AI guidance should not be treated as a replacement for emergency services or official public safety instructions.
12. Advertisers, Partners, Purchasers, and Sponsored Content
CEI may work with advertisers, partners, sponsors, collaborators, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, public or private businesses, and community organizations. These relationships may support promotion, advertising, service delivery, community discovery, tourism, or public information goals.
Advertisers may pay to promote their own products or services. Partners may collaborate with CEI to strengthen TellJackson.com or other CEI services. Partners are not co-owners of CEI, CEI Media Group, TellJackson.com, or Complete Entertainment Inc. unless a separate written ownership agreement expressly states otherwise.
Sponsored, paid, partner-supported, or advertiser-supported placements may appear within CEI services. CEI will make reasonable efforts to avoid allowing paid relationships to override safety guidance, legal compliance, emergency guidance, or material user protections.
13. Prohibited Uses
CEI does not permit its AI systems to be used knowingly for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsafe, or harmful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
- Deceptive impersonation, fraud, scams, or misleading claims;
- Unlawful discrimination or exclusion;
- Unauthorized surveillance, stalking, harassment, or intimidation;
- Creation or distribution of unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or deceptive content;
- Unauthorized collection, scraping, sale, or misuse of personal information;
- Bypassing consent requirements for phone, SMS/text, email, or marketing communications;
- Providing instructions for illegal activity or activity that threatens community safety;
- Replacing emergency services or official public safety instructions;
- Using AI outputs as final professional advice where qualified human review is legally or practically required.
14. Client, Advertiser, and Partner Responsibilities
Clients, advertisers, and partners remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, authorization, and appropriateness of materials they provide to CEI or ask CEI to publish, process, promote, automate, or distribute.
Clients are responsible for final approval of public-facing content, campaign claims, customer communications, advertising language, data use instructions, regulated statements, and materials used in their own business operations unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Advertisers and partners must not provide CEI with content, data, instructions, or claims that are false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, discriminatory, unsafe, or unauthorized.
15. Testing, Monitoring, Corrections, and Incident Response
CEI may test, monitor, review, and update AI workflows to improve accuracy, safety, user experience, compliance, routing, and service quality. Review methods may include internal testing, sample review, complaint review, escalation review, analytics, and user or client feedback.
When material errors, inappropriate responses, suspected misuse, privacy concerns, technical failures, or safety concerns are identified, CEI may take corrective action. Corrective action may include updating prompts, revising workflows, correcting public-facing content, escalating to a human, notifying affected parties where appropriate, suspending a workflow, restricting a user, or changing provider settings available to CEI.
CEI will make reasonable efforts to document and address significant AI-related incidents in a manner appropriate to the risk, the affected service, applicable agreements, and applicable law.
16. Records and Retention
CEI may retain records of AI interactions, communications, workflow activity, support requests, consent records, opt-in/opt-out activity, routing activity, analytics, and related service records as reasonably necessary for operations, support, compliance, dispute resolution, improvement, security, and legal purposes.
Retention practices may vary based on the platform, provider, client agreement, legal requirement, business need, and type of communication or workflow involved. Additional detail may be provided in the applicable Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or client agreement.
17. Children and Minors
CEI AI systems and TellJackson.com services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate consent where required by law. Minors should use CEI and TellJackson.com services with appropriate adult supervision.
18. Reporting Concerns and Requesting Human Review
Users, clients, advertisers, and partners may report concerns about AI outputs, privacy, communications, fairness, accuracy, misuse, or responsible deployment by contacting CEI through the available workflow or by emailing privacy@ceimediagroup.com.
Where appropriate, CEI may route the matter to a human reviewer, support representative, account representative, client contact, or other appropriate person for follow-up.
20. Responsible AI Commitment
CEI's responsible AI commitment is guided by transparency, human oversight, fairness, data minimization, privacy, confidentiality, legal compliance, accountability, and practical safeguards. CEI's goal is to use AI to improve service, strengthen communication, support local discovery, assist clients, and create useful experiences while respecting user trust and legal obligations.
