TellJackson.com and CEI Media Group ("CEI," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") are trade names and operating brands of Complete Entertainment Inc., an Illinois corporation duly registered with the Illinois Secretary of State.

5. AI Systems & Responsible Use
CEI integrates artificial intelligence tools and automation systems into its services. These systems may:

- Operate voice or chat-based receptionists
- Process inbound customer interactions
- Analyze campaign performance data
We implement:
- Human oversight controls where appropriate
- Vendor security vetting
- Data minimization protocols
- Ethical AI usage standards
AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and may require human review.
6. SMS/Text Messaging Compliance
CEI may send SMS communications for:
- Service updates
- Appointments
- Marketing messages
- AI-driven customer interactions
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:
- Encryption where appropriate
- Access controls and authentication
- Vendor contractual safeguards
- Monitoring and logging systems
No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, CEI will comply with applicable state and federal notification laws.
8. Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) Compliance
If CEI collects, captures, receives, or otherwise obtains biometric identifiers or biometric information as defined under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14/1 et seq.), the following applies:
A. Definitions
“Biometric identifier” includes voiceprints, facial geometry scans, and similar identifiers as defined by Illinois law.
B. Written Notice & Consent
Before collecting biometric identifiers, CEI will:
- Inform the individual in writing
- State the specific purpose of collection
- Disclose retention schedule
- Obtain written release where required
C. Retention & Destruction Policy
Biometric data will be retained only:
- For the duration necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection
- Or until the earlier of:
- The initial purpose being satisfied
- Three (3) years after the individual's last interaction
Biometric data will then be permanently destroyed in a secure manner.
D. No Sale of Biometric Data
CEI does not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers.
E. Disclosure Restrictions
Biometric data will not be disclosed unless:
- Required by law
- Authorized by the individual
- Necessary to complete a transaction requested by the individual
9. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Fulfill service obligations
- Meet legal requirements
- Resolve disputes
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may:
- Request access to their data
- Request correction
- Request deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Opt out of communications
